The roles and permissions feature allows you to assign specific roles to users and define their permissions, ensuring that each user has access to the appropriate functionalities and data based on their responsibilities.
You can create five types of users: Admin, CRM Agent, CRM Manager, Store Agent, and Store Manager.
🤑 Vepaar is also introducing new pricing plans to better cater to our users' needs. As part of this update, we have categorised our plans into three tiers: CRM, Store, and Vepaar One(CRM + Store), offering distinct features to suit different business requirements.
Able to Assign a Role to Employees/Users
I create a vepaar account and I have a number of employees. I give them my vepaar login details to get updated about the placed order or messages. But, employees should only be able to get updates from my account. From their side, they should not be able to make any changes to my account So, when they login to my account, I want to assign some limitations to my account for them. So, it's really helpful for me to manage things.

Multiple Agents
Have a way to have multiple agents join and use the system from 1 (or more) whatsapp business numbers. So I don't have to give access to my account they should be able to attend to chats from their end.
